It could be Allergies or Hayfever.

Allergies and hayfever have very similar symptoms and if you had a online covid test it will tell you that you have it.

Best would to get a covid test.

And see If you have allergies or any family members have allergies.

Don't know make a telephone appointment with your Dr. Because it's not good always taking medical advice on the internet. Too much medical advice is on the internet it gets unproductive unprofessional and confusing for people. Please speak to your healthcare provider for best bet

A runny nose is most likely a sign of a cold or a seasonal allergy.

Yes.  This is because the liver is being affected.  Place a cough drop under the lip of the affected sinus.  Let it dissolve there.  For a child mix pancake batter with a melted cough drop and microwave the batter for 2 minutes.  Place this pudding cake under the affect sinus (in the mouth, under the lip).  This will cure Covid 19.  The doctors don't want to tell you this because they are a bunch of glorified cannibals that would rather see you suffer, be confined and die then tell you the truth.  That is why the President has order respirators, because they are the equivalent to this treatment that I have shared with you.  Get well soon.

It's listed as a possible symptom, but so is everything else under the sun.

I'm still wondering how both a runny nose and congestion are listed as symptoms.

It’s one of the possible symptoms. There are like more and more symptoms added to the list.
