Is Biden's goal to find the best Vice President overall, or to find the best Vice President within a specific category of gender and race?

I think all should shut up and wait and see. Start praying Trump doesn't get the chance to leave America completely broke.

His goal is to find the one that checks off the most "cards".   

Then hopefully he can justify it to any other groups who are upset that the VP choice doesn't represent them.

I will be in total shock if he picks a White Male...
