What if 2 sisters get pregnant by the same guy and reveal the secret 5 years later, what's going to happen?

The two children would be half-siblings (since they share one parent) as well as cousins (since their mothers are siblings.) Genetics are tricky but I guess they could potentially look very much alike, with the same father as well as mothers who are siblings.

Why would the mothers even consider waiting five years to "reveal the secret," though? Dad should be supporting his kids from the start!

Emotionally, that would entirely depend on the sisters themselves. Some might be content with the situation, some might be very angry. In the legal aspect, babies are born in many circumstances outside the 'desirable' married couple setting, and the law in most western countries generally says a mild 'tut, tut' or nothing at all. In some countries there might be attachment of earnings to help pay for the baby expenses in the case of any pregnancy, whether or not of sisters.  Where do you live?

If the sisters' children are already 5 years old, the very least that going to happen is the guy is going to have to begin making child support payments to each of the two sisters every month for at least the next 13 years.

That is .. if the two sisters don't kill him first.

IF they all were old enough, it's their decision, not ours ............

I'd imagine quite a bit of drama.
