How to get 2-pack abs?
I am a 14 year old girl, so I don't want a 6-pack haha, but I think a 2-pack would be nice. I eat from a healthy diet already. On a normal day, I eat two bananas, some strawberries, eggs, salad, and a low-carb protein bar. I am already thin-- 5'2 and 104 pounds, but I am not toned at all, my stomach is not flat.
What can I do to become more toned and possibly get 2-pack abs? How should I change my diet, what exercises should I do, etc...
