Without having to even compute anything, it's pretty intuitive that the vertex that is furthest from O is B on the opposite corner of the cube. Pick up a Rubik's Cube and stare at it if you aren't convinced.
Since they only expect one answer, the answer must be B.
For completeness though. The points that are 1 edge away are 1 cm. The points that are 2 edges away (A, E or C) are √2 cm (or about 1.414 cm) and point B is three edges away and is √3 cm (or about 1.732 cm). It's the only one that is more than 1.5 cm away.

For cubic figures we use an extension of Pythagoras.
OB = sqrt(OD^2 + DC^2 + CB^2)
OB = sqrt( 1^2 + 1^2 + 1^2)
OB = sqrt(3)
OB = 1.732...
Coords of B are ( 1,1,1)
