Can I use my own packaging for USPS first class or priority mail?

I want to use my own poly mailers instead of the priority mail boxes or flat rate boxes.

Yes, but the price is different, and depends on the weight.

    Yes you can.

If you're shipping relatively small packages, check out PirateShip.  USPS cubic rate shipping is NOT available from USPS directly (for individuals) but you can get it on PirateShip.   It can cut the cost IN HALF or more.
