When was the last time Game Pass Ultimate was on sale?

For me it was around the beginning of January 2020. It was 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate for $1, but I haven't seen any sale on it since. Has anyone else gotten a sale offer on Ultimate since then?

that's not a sale.  that's a promo for new customers to try it out before it goes back to the normal price.  i never tried it so i always see that $1 promo.
