How can ebay sellers have so many items?

So many ebay sellers have done 75,000-100,000+ sales and all their tools are "new" and "taken out of a kit". How on earth can they have 280 impact drivers, 300 chargers, etc? Almost seems like they stole a shipment or something.

They buy in bulk from cheap Chinese sources, or are just a front for same.
