Is my diet healthy?
I have beef casserole 2 days a week, chicken dinner twice a week and chicken curry one day a week. On Sundays I have a takeaway but I want to stop and get it down to once a month. My partner is quite picky about what he eats. I have crunchy nut cornflakes for breakfast and during the day some toast and eggs. I try to only eat one bar of choc a day. Is my diet healthy? We have dinner at 5PM

A healthy/balanced diet consists of 50% complex/healthy carbs, 30-35% protein (55 g/day for women, 60g for men), and 20% fats (polyunsaturated, monosaturated and omega-3 fatty acids)
