ln(y) = (3/4)ln(x) + (1/2)ln(x^2 + 2) - (1/5)ln(x + 3)

(1/y)(dy/dx) = (3/4)(1/x) + x/(x^2 + 2) - (1/5)(1/(x + 3))

dy/dx = y[(3/4)(1/x) + x/(x^2 + 2) - (1/5)(1/(x + 3))]

You can substitute the original y in terms of x from your problem statement to get the answer.  You may be able to simplify the terms from there.
