Is my account being hacked?

I got this email from yahoo today. Please help to identity if it's fake or not?

    If it was from yahoo they would know your name, not refer to you as "user". Always check the email address it came from.

    Scam messages that request you to "verify" your email account must be ignored and deleted immediately. Never click on the attachment in the message or you'll risk unleashing malware on your computer or mobile device. Remember Yahoo would never send you unsolicited emails asking for your personal information.

    True attempts are actually very common, but nobody will warn you.

    99.9% fake. Look at the details of the emial header and you will see it is not from Yahoo at all.
