It's DESU KEDO DEMO. The syntax is usually something like: ....KEDO...DEMO... Where DEMO is used to begin the next sentence.
It is used to say something is so, BUT yada yada yada. For example, "Kore wa chiisai desu kedo, demo omoi desu." Meaning: This (thing) is small, but it is heavy.
