How long will it take to see results from cross country?
I am a 14 year old girl-- I'm 5'2 and my weight fluctuates between 103-106 pounds, so I am not overweight at all. However, I am not toned at all and I am quite flabby especially in my stomach and upper thighs. I recently joined cross country and I am wondering how long will it take to see results. I would like to be more toned.
A little extra info-- cross country practice is 6 days a week and we run 3-7 miles, depending on the temperature and air quality. We also do warm-ups before we start running and we do core workouts afterwards. I also eat from a healthy low-carb diet (about 30-50 carbs a day), and I have not been eating more since I started cross country.

Nobody here can really answer that. The best way to get toned would be to strength train with resistance. Even then, it could be 8 - 12 wks before you start to see significant improvement.
