Is it possible to fit a 100cc motorcycle in the trunk of a 2004 toyota corolla?
I want to buy a honda cl100 as a project bike. But im not sure how to transport it. Do you think it might fit in the back of a 2004 toyota corolla with the seats down?

Yes. You might have to turn the handlebars so they are in line with the front wheel. Watch the hatch as you close it.

The whole bike will never fit in that trunk, seats up or down, especially since the seat bulkhead has a vertical bar up the middle. Maybe you can lash it down with half the bike in the trunk. How about this instead; Tie a rope to the car, then wrap it around the handlebar a few loops and hold that with your hand while someone else tows the bike with the car. Make sure the bike has working brakes. If you get in trouble, loosen your grip on the rope and it will unwrap and free you. Go slow.

If you are intelligent, you will have a trailer hitch, and you can rent a U-Haul trailer for $15.

Probably not and I wouldn't lay the bike on purpose because it will probably start leaking gasoline rent a trailer from someplace if you have a hitch or get a guy with a truck to help you
