why does an all loving God allow our suffering and sinning as a way to guide us back to his fellowship"?
since all the answers here have really missed the point at which i was trying to make. #1 suffering and sin entered the world through our first parents rebellion towards God" (Genesis 3) the fellowship was lost when God took the spirit of life out of Adam and Adam became dead spiritually. this act of rebellion separated us from God until Jesus came and was crucified-died- and rose again on the third day". so all who come to Christ by faith receive the spirit of life that was lost in Adam.......
and our fellowship with the father gets restored by what Jesus accomplished for us on the cross. (John 3:16).."we are justified once and for all". we will still suffer at times because of a broken sinful world and our sinful acts although not counted against us anymore in Gods eyes, still have human consequences as we are still living in the flesh , we have been justified once and for all by Christ through faith"! (Romans 5-1,6,8,9,10).
we are not in an in"and out"revolving door of fellowship with the father".if that is the case then our forgiveness and salvation is conditional and not complete. we would need to do something on our behalf to get right with God again on his behalf every time that we sinned to get back into fellowship with him". if we needed to work for the gift then,it would not be a gift. if we accept his gift of total forgiveness by faith , then we can rest in his grace and love for us "Ephesians 2 (8,9,10).

He allows our obedience and righteousness to help us back to his fellowship. Suffering is necessary so we know when we're well off, and sin isn't his will at all, of course.

We learn by contrast. He starts off by letting you and everyone try your own way first, and once you realize the misery found going that way, you will be more receptive to doing things His way.

Sin leads to suffering. God is patient with us and His will is that we all shall learn from our sins and come to repentance.
2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

You need to first review how you determined a 'loving God' before answering the question. Most references to God are in the Old Testament and 'loving' is not an appropriate adjective.

That is not the reason. Sin is a choice

1 Peter 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

Your question reveals the answer. God uses every means possible to draw us into a relationship with Him. But more specifically, He uses sufferings and chastisements to teach us. James 1:2-4 develops faith. 1 Corinthians 11:30 and James 5:13-15 exposes sin and wrong thinking. Hebrews 5: 8 teaches us obedience to God. 2 Corinthians 12:7 t eaches us humility. 1 Peter 4:16 tells us that suffering can glorify God.All this and more, because He loves us, and desires to change us into the people He wants us to be. See John 3:15.

Suffering filters out those who truly love God and have a genuine faith in him from those who only love him when the going is good (1Pet 1:6-7).

Rejoice ONLY if you are suffering persecution for the Name of God.
Absolutely do NOT rejoice if you're sick: that's a lie from Satan. Satan comes only to steal, kill and destroy. Jesus came to destroy the work of the evil one (and what was He doing? Healing... all the time... healing).
Everyone has been deceived by Satan into believing that sickness is from God.
IF THAT WERE TRUE...
Why pray for healing?
If it's from God.. then we should all embrace being sick and beg for cancers so that we can suffer more! I hope you see how ridiculous that is.
If your circumstances are what's bothering you... then you should see them as an oportunity to (with complete abandon) trust God. Trust in God will give you peace.
Things you must 'own'....
Jesus healed you on the cross.
Healing and provision were as much a part of the atoning sacrifice as salvation is.
You MUST resist the devil. It's up to you. God gave you the power and authority to do so.... and draw close to God; the devil will flee.
Tell your problem about your God. Don't tell God what the devil has been telling you.
Predict your future. Call the things that are not as if they ALREADY were... call them into being.
You can't lie if you are agreeing with God.
Soak yourself in His Love. When you know how much you are loved, you are untouchable.
Rumour has it that John the disciple (who wrote the Book of Revelation and the Gospel according to John) was thrown into a vat of boiling oil and it did not harm him.
Cast your cares on God.
All God wants to do is care for you.
The question is, why won't you let Him?
Absolutely REJOICE if you suffer for His name.
We bow to the despised figure on the cross - to the world we are the lowest of the low.
In the end, does it really matter what any of these mere mortals think of us?
Only God's opinion counts.
Live your life for an audience of one.
Amen and amen!
