why isn't my computer sleeping?

i am trying to override this command with powercfg but it won't

[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume9\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDVD20\Common\CLMediaServer\clmediaserver.exe

what am i doing wrong?

    NVM i figured it out

    powercfg -requestsoverride PROCESS "\Device\HarddiskVolume9\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDVD20\Common\CLMediaServer\clmediaserver.exe" SYSTEM

    was the command i used and it worked
