Are psychiatry and psychopharmacology antithetical the notion of free will?

God-Given free will depends on the notion that an individual has a soul within a body or mind-body dualism?

Not inherently, no. "God-Given free will" also presumes the existence of a God. Many freethinking psychologists and pharmocoligists no longer hold with that theory.

Sometimes your free will must stop where the free will of another person comes into play.

Good question. It depends on whether the treatment calms them enough to listen to the quiet voice of God from within and stills the voices of their demons, or just places them in a harmless stupor, or  actually eccaberates their condition.
