Is it true that because of COVID-19 you can only have a certain amount of people at a wedding ?

    yes. in fact, all weddings should be postponed until a vaccine. but of course, selfish brides always get what they want....

    Yes, I would think so even if the mandate doesn't require it you have to know there will be problems.  Good Luck and congratulations.

    It varies based on where you live and current executive orders or mandates may have separate limits for indoors vs outdoors.

    Right now having big events regardless of what it is for is not wise.

    Yes, depending on where you live.  Countries, states, counties and cities all have different regulations regarding the maximum number of people who can gather together and individual venues also must address spacing and capacity based on those rules.

    Some states, some counties place a maximum on how many people can gather in an indoor place, an outdoor place.

    It depends on where you live, if you have an indoor or outdoor venue and how worried you are about your family and friends. Good sense in this current situation suggests you err on the side of caution and keep things on the smaller side and opting for outdoor venues.
