Angels 25-15

Mariners 25-16

A’s 20-20

Astros 19-21

Rangers 16-24

NL East

Giants 26-14

Dodgers 20-20

D-backs 19-21

Rockies 17-24

Update:

I initially intended to be the normal 5-team postseason. However Christian's answer relating to this season's 8-team set just gave me an idea. Is the MLB better with 5 teams in the playoffs or with 8 teams like this season? What about the NFL?

    AL:

    1. Angels

    2. Indians

    3. Rays

    4. Mariners

    5. White Sox

    6. Orioles

    7. Tigers

    8. A's

    NL:

    1. Giants

    2. Braves

    3. Cubs

    4. Marlins

    5. Reds

    6. Dodgers

    7. Mets

    8. Nationals

    1 plays 8, 2 plays 7, 3 plays 6, and 4 plays 5. Winner of 1 vs 8 plays winner of 4 vs 5.

Personally, I like the 5 team playoff better, especially since 53% of teams don't deserve to make the playoffs. However, I like that 2020 is a one-off year and experimenting.
