What do you do to stay healthy?

    Exercise, drink lots of water, fruits and vegetables and cut the carbs and junk food.

    I eat oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and Chobani yogurt for breakfast, baked chicken, rice, and broccoli for dinner, go for walks in the park near my house, and limit my junk food intake. I do have cheat day once a week. Oh, and I also drink a lot of water.

    Eat sensibly, drink plenty of water, & exercise

    Eat sensibly, don't smoke or drink. Exercise moderately and try to get sleep
