Can I drive out of state with a provisional license in maryalnd?

    Yes you "can" but it "may" be illegal.

    Yes you can.  But because there is always a catch, there's a catch.

    In your case, the catch is the laws in whichever jurisdiction you're driving in.  When you're driving in another jurisdiction, you're expected to know and obey their laws and rules for provisional drivers.  Maryland's laws only apply when you're driving in Maryland.
