If you unknowingly have sex with someone who is HIV positive or has AIDS is it guaranteed you will be infected?

Nothing in life is guaranteed, but you'd have better odds of getting struck by lightning.

All those in the medical world clearly say how the most common ways of contacting the HIV and then AIDS virus is the same way the whole world first found out about it,
meaning when one bloke decides stick his penis up another blokes backside time after time or down a blokes throat time after time,
But just about everybody on the left simply saying this is all lies because its just wealthy RUSSIANS spreading around fake reports, because they can just bride all the major worlds health ORG's, so everyone bible believer can say just there is just one more bit of prove that Yahweh always speaks the truth about behaviors.

No, HIV is not always passed on from someone living with HIV. There are lots of reasons why this is the case. For example, if the HIV-positive person is on effective treatment it will reduce the amount of HIV in their body. If a doctor confirms that the virus has reached undetectable levels it means there is no risk of passing it on.
