Can I store this stove in my house whenever I am not using it?

This is a manual camper stove. It uses liquid fuel, that is manually converted to a vapor fuel by mixing the liquid fuel with air.

It requires a LOT of steps to get it working.

My grandpa had one of these back in the 60s and it rusted out in the metal shed, we re-bought it back in 2006 and it rusted out in the metal shed, and therefore we are rebuying it again.

Would it be good if we drained it and kept it inside of the house?
