    I will ASSUME this means wind is blowing TO the south, NOT FROM the south.

    t = d/v = 750/(630 - 35) = 1.26050... ≈ 1.26 hr. or 1 hr 15 min 36 s

    b) What will the pilot do if the wind velocity is 35km/h [E] instead

    He/she will point the airplane slightly to the west to compensate for the eastward wind. 

    c) How long will the trip take?

    crab angle θ = arcsin(35/630) = 3.1847°

    t = d/vcosθ = 750 / 630cos3.1847 = 1.1923... ≈ 1.19 hr. or 1 hr 11 min 32 s
