How and where do I call emergencies when dealing with wild animals?

More specifically what number do I call if lets say I see a hawk left for dead or an animal got stuck somewhere?

Those cases, your best bet is animal rescue. Hawk, you call aves rescue, most other fur animals a rescue person, bats, you call bat rescue, etc.

Large animal like bear, you call wildlife/fish and game.

Start with your local wildlife office for wild animal, ASPCA for domesticated animal.

They can usually connect you with rescue.

Use animal control as last resort.

Depends on where you're at, there's no national number for it. Start with your city or county Animal Control office. Out in the woods, the ranger station or the game department. On the highway, the State Patrol.
