Does this go on your dental records?
how you behaved when your dentist did small talk

Dental records show what was done in your treatment. X-rays are also there. I never wrote down "Mrs Smith wigglled and moaned every time the Dr. said she needs a crown." We put things like "ONLY aspirin" for pain if that is what the patient said. Or "pennicillin allergy". Just little reminders to treat patients properly.

I don't believe I have ever seen my dental records, I can request them but they would be rather boring.
