Make sure you have excellent grades, taking math and science courses, get into a good college that has AFROTC programs or the actual AF Academy. You should also be involved with clubs, groups and if possible sports.  If the school has a career night go to it as often they will have military personnel there.

make straight A's in high school, apply and be accepted to the air force academy--- that is the best way

or go to college and graduate, take the AFOQT test and score well on the flight aptitude part and then apply for OTS

You are going to need mad math skills, and a small physical stature. Contact your local Air Force or Navy recruiter for college education information.
