Whats going on, anxiety attack?

I've been doing this thing for the past 5 years or so that I'll start thinking about something recent or distant, good or bad. And ill completely space out and catch myself quietly talking.. or just making discontentive noises.. anyone know anything on this?

    That sounds more like depersonalisation or derealisation than an anxiety attack. Anxiety attacks are more fear, like your brain thinks you’re dying but in reality you’re fine. Depersonalisation still sucks tho and can be hard to snap out of. Consider speaking to a therapist if you have the time
