Because America is a Zionist nation. It thrives on the poor and vulnerable so someone else can capitalize. American capitalism is just downright evil... always has been. Offshore accounts are taxed too, it's rhetoric. The ruling class design rules and laws for themselves. The ruling class controls politicans. America is a devil nation. It doesn't know God, but it pretends to...to brainwash the masses. Trump has shown you idiots that many times

If they made the rich pay more tax they would invest their money in some offshore tax haven or anything else to avoid tax, its far better for the poor if the rich spend their money building hotels, shopping centres, casinos, etc thats how jobs are created and the 'poor' are able to live a decent standard of life.

Rich people have the means to hire "experts" like tax attorneys to help them find loopholes, investment strategies, etc. to keep their taxes to a bare minimum, and to defend them if the IRS accuses them of fraud. The poor can't afford that! In fact, the IRS now goes for poor people more than the rich because it is so easy to get them because they don't have accountants and attorneys to fight them. Really sad...

Because they create more jobs. Wealthy people need to be wealthy or else the job growth would be nonexistent.
