Which food is good for constipation?

    Try a lot of pasta and white bread.

    Load it up with garlic.

    nuts , prunes or a bit of caster oil .even some cabbage .

    Lot of suggestions have already been made about food  that will ease constipation and many have suggested drinking plenty of water.All these suggestions are good.One important thing to kept in mind  regarding     water is that the water taken first thing in the morning and  also   before going to bed should be warm and not cold .

    baby oil, canola oil, rice oil, sesame oil, corn oil, just your basic crude oil

    an enema was the best thing i tried. You pump water into your rectum and it cleans it out. U can buy from the chemist

    Anything with a good amount of fiber to help bulk up the stool. Increasing water intake helps tremendously as well, generally

    If you want to be constipated low fibre foods like white bread, pasta and refined carbs, if you want to not be constipated high fibre foods like fruit/vegetables.

    Drinking more water can help with constipation if you are dehydrated.

  • and  when  they  suggest  drinking  plenty  of  water … you  really  need  one  gallon.  also  need  to  exercise … walk  five  miles  a  day.

    It may be easier (and faster) to just take an OTC laxative, however there are some natural remedies (see source link for more info):

    1- eat high fiber foods2- drink plenty of water 3 - eat prunes and figs4 - castor oil5- probiotics6- aloe vera7- ground flaxseed8- kiwi 9- acv (apple cider vinegar)10- exercise11- coconut oil12- Fresh tomato puree and olive oil13 - beetroot14 - relaxation15- a colon cleanse of milk kefir and ground flaxseeds
