My browser window is too big for my screen. How do I correct this? ?

Settings within the browser do not seem to correct the problem. Do I need to go into computer settings? If so, what do I change?

It looks like this:

Update:

Notice that that left hand side is cut off.

If you can see the titlebar and drag the window around, go to the upper right hand corner and click on maximize.

    OR

    Press F11 for full-screen mode.

    OR

Move the window to see at least two sides then resize and move until it fits the screen.

Try pressing the F11 key on the top

Click and hold the upper bar, just to the right of the red lines.  Then drag the browser down a bit.  Once you can access the edges, you can grab each edge and pull them in to create a smaller window which will fit the screen.  when you now toggle full screen to a window you will not lose the title bar..
