I'm 5'4 and I weigh 120-122 pounds. I want to lose weight, what do I do?

I know 120-122 pounds isn't a lot, but I have excess belly fat, love handles, a bit of upper arm fat and a slight bit of excess back fat. I live a mostly sedentary life because of online virtual learning for school. I can't really afford the gym right now and am constantly busy: 8 hour school days of sitting and working right after until dinnertime. My only free days are really the weekends. All I want is to have abs and leaner arms. I thought about calorie cutting to 1000 a day but I'm worried about my health if I do that. I probably eat 1,500-1,600 right now. I just want to lose 5-10 pounds really badly. I eat a balanced diet of yogurt, avocado, egg, sweet potatoes, chia, nuts, oatmeal, etc. What do I do?
