Can a transgendered woman get pregnant?

    No. Having sex change surgery only gives a person female genitals. It doesn’t give them a functioning uterus and ovaries. They are still genetically male.

    No. Transwomen cannot get pregnant, just like many biological women can't get pregnant. But they are not infertile. Transwomen can reproduce.
