Does the UN peace keeping military carry fire arms? Or train in a militaristic way?

UN troops are just that - troops, sent from the military forces of member countries.  They ARE military!  The UN has no forces of it's own.

UN military does not exist. Where did you get that idea that there is a UN military?

There is no such thing as a UN military

UN peacekeepers are just units of some countries military that they sent to support the UN mission

The UN doesn't have a military force. If there's a need for peacekeepers, member nations offer up people, which generally includes or is exclusively military personnel. After the mission is over, the peacekeepers presumably go back to the home country.

Note that the "donor nation" doesn't give up complete control over their troops, so if something happens to upset their national leadership the troops might be instructed to not cooperate with UN orders, or even to pull out and return home.

Yes, the "blue helmets" as they are called, typically carry weapons. And they "train in a militaristic way" - they typically come from the military forces of UN member nations.
