a) GPE became SPE
mgh = ½kx²
5kg * 9.8m/s² * h = ½ * 4900N/m * (0.22m)² = 119 J
h = 2.42 m
b) a = F/m = kx / m = 4900N/m * 0.22m / 5kg = 216 m/s²
c) GPE = SPE + KE
119 J = ½ * 4900 * (0.15m)² + ½ * 5kg * v²
v = 5.0 m/s
