09 650 classic keeps falling on its face?

This bike was destined for being a bobber. Some idiot started cutting lights out of harness, removed the AIS the cut off solenoids and butchered the exhaust. For some reason the rear cylinder doesn't get really hot. Or warm even for the most part. I knew it had tank issues so changed the factory jets with replacements. Replaced the intakes. The bike starts again but stalls immediately when throttled up. I admit being a dumbass that bought some 20" old school looking universal slip on mufflers off ebay. Can someone please help me figure how to get a jet setup on there that will allow riding.

You got your money's worth. Didja know most manufacturers will sellya a new wiring harness (aka "loom")? Why yes, they will.

you didnt say the manufacturer. Your rear cylinder isnt firing. If you pulled the rear cylinder spark plug and checked for spark you would already know this. So your first mission is to get spark at both cylinders. Then you can deal with other issues.

It might help if you included the make and model.

If you buy an incompleted project you are asking for trouble.
