I was going to say know all, but you can be a know all abd actually know all ( or a lot).

An arrogant know-it-all.  Not a word, a phrase.  Well, probably know-it-all is an answer in one word, even if hyphenated. Arrogant just emphasizes the extent to which they are so unjustifiably self-assured. A pedant might fit as well, although, strictly speaking, the pedant does "know it all".  The fault with them is that they are abusive in how they show it.  Perhaps a pseudo-intellectual would be a good term for a know-it-all?  This does allow for the fakery involved, and assumes that the person is unaware of their own failings, which more or less fits your description.
