    Probably Brazilians.

Note that Patagonia is in the southern part of Argentina.

From 1865 a number of Welsh people settled in Patagonia. Also Brazil where British engineers first developed the railway system.  Charles Miller, an engineer, Scottish Father, Brazilian mother of English descent - who also played football for Corinthians and St.Mary’s (now Southampton FC) who introduced football to Brazil.  He set up São Paulo football club.

    Let's think.......

Mexico, from depictions via Speedy Gonzalez cartoons + the sportier "Ford Escort Mexico" early edition of the Ford Escort..........

Brazil, from an assortment of Football (soccer) players + racing drivers (Ayrton Senna, Rubens Barrichello + Felipe Massa) coming over here...... + the Brazillian Grand Prix at Interlagos

Argentina, from going to war with them over the Falkland Islands + an assortment of wines.......... + the ill fated "Top Gear Patagonia Special"

Chile, from an assortment of wines such as Cassilero del Diablo + Cono Sur

Bolivia, from the Top Gear Bolivia special episode

Columbia, for it's crime ridden past, for the antics of Juan Pablo Montoya when he was in Formula1 + for the episode of The Grand Tour on Amazon Prime

    Panama... for the canal
