How many people died a day worldwide in Medieval times, and how many were Christian?

Wierd question, I know. I don't need a specific number, just a rough estimate. I'm writing a story set in hell and I want to know how many people would show up per day in hell. I would need to take the total number of people who would die a day and remove the amount that were Christians because, in the story, anyone who believes in Jesus goes to heaven.

Very roughly...around 350 million people worldwide with around 35 yrs life expectancy means around 10 million deaths per year.  Around 10% Christian worldwide means around 9 million per year going to Hell.
