I swear by Olaplex No.3, it's saved my hair so many times. But once hair is damaged you cannot completely fix it. Your only option it to cut it off. But products like Olaplex help to make the hair appear healthier. You can get it at Ulta/Sephora.

Take OTC Gelatin capsules.  As in Jello.

  • Dying and bleaching your hair frequently, can thin it out and cause damage to your hair. Reduce dying and bleaching your hair, if you have to do so use a deep conditioner after both treatments and use product that are meant for color treated / bleached hair.

The best way to treat it would be to cut off the damaged hair, and deep condition it a few times a month.
