I can issue you a certificate of authenticity that verifies permission, but they don't come cheap.

If someone has to use a profanity on social media, then they do not have full command of the English language.

The English language has a very large vocabulary of some 500,000 words. There is at least one word amongst that lot that will suffice for a profanity.

The answer is 'NO', to giving permission and to using such words. .

On being given a profanity a recipient  might find it offensive and 'bullying'.

Yes!!! we all need to use an expletive occasionally, but be careful where you use it.

Only on youtube.  Because they have to censor content.

Instead of punishing parents for letting their 3-year-old stare at a phone for 9 hours day unsupervised they punish the content makers.

    I should hope so.

Profanities are uttered in the heat of the moment. They should never be seen in the context of serious questions or answers.
