Why is there a square on my camera footage?

I'm using a camera (the model is Blackmagic Design Mini URSA 4K EF Mount) to shoot a film. I shot all day today, took the SD card and there are two squares on all the shots, almost like a crosshair. These squares were also on the monitor of the camera and now they're stuck on the footage. Does anyone know why this is? And if so, is there any way to get rid of it? Thank you in advance

Is that the only footage you have ever shot with that camera?  If you have shot other stuff previously, were the squares there in that earlier stuff?  If the effect was visible in the monitor as you were shooting it suggests that there is a sensor problem in the camera, and that is something you cannot fix at home.
