Can anybody recognize this song? ?

I have this tune in my mind for 12 years now, since I heard it on the Radio... It's a pretty old song but can't remember any lyrics. I tried all music recognition apps like midomi, soundhound and others but no luck. If you're able to read it and recognize it, please end this more-than-a decade search. Thank you!
