She is still plodding along with her English.

    Yes, that is a good description of someone who is slowly learning English.  'She' knows that she will never be a fast learner of English, but she is determined to make some progress.

    It's errorless , the phrasal verb " plod along  (on) "   is correctly used.

    It's fine.  Using the word "plodding" shows that English is not easy for her but she keeps trying.
