Why isn't there a Who Framed Roger Rabbit ride at Walt Disney World in Florida?

I told Disney not to install one unless it was staffed by Jessica Rabbit look-alikes.

It was a relatively forgettable movie- best remembered for being a novelty that helped start the Disney renaissance. Disney didn't even put their name on the movie when it came out.

Not super popular (still a great movie)
Disney has 100s of movies in the vault
Would need a ride that fits the theme (a ride through Toon Town would be awesome)
Disney had to get rights from Warner Bros to use their cartoon characters; would need rights if were going to use them in the ride.

There are hundreds of movies which could be converted into some sort of ride. Evidently this one was considered but found to be either unsuitable or not nearly as suitable as many other movies.

The movie was rated PG-13 and came out over 30 years ago. It has not had the lasting impression they hoped it would. And I am a huge fan of that movie.
