What is the term for when money is made and spent by customers within the same business?

I think I worded this horribly, sorry! I'm writing a university paper and just had a massive brain fart. There's a term for it that I covered in university but I can't find my notes anywhere...

Just as an example, it would be like a Car Boot Sale where people are selling their old junk and then spend that money on food at drink at the site, or at other stalls. Maybe at a casino where someone makes money from the games and then spends it on a round of drinks?

I hope you understand what I mean! I'm so tired from writing this assignment, please be nice to me hehe :)

    Commerce?  Trickle down economics?  Capitalism?
