what should I do to stop my hunger & constant snacking?

I'm on anti depressants and psychotic medicine and it makes me hungry all the time.

I can't stop thinking about food. I've tried eating healthy. I've tried snacking on rice crackers. I've tried drinking carbonated sugar free when I crave. But I can't stop eating. I used to weigh 120 and now im at 220..

Please help me find a solution. Also I'm on a low budget so I can't buy fresh products when I want too. Should I try a diet I don't know...

Work out.  When i used to swim i was eating all the time, in class, during study sessions, student council meetings.  Only times i wasn’t eating was when i was swimming, sleeping or getting busy with my girlfriend and my mouth is occupied

Have you tried a higher fat/protein diet this can help with hunger cravings as fat and protein are more slowly metabolised over carbs?

Outside that maybe speak you your doctor and see if they can try some other medications that will maybe have less of an effect.
