EASY ENGLISH QUESTION?
Is there another way of saying “my uncle and my aunt”? I mean, is there a single word?
Because I’m writing an essay, but I don’t want to write “I, my aunt and my uncle” over and over again...

You can say "my aunt and uncle" without the second 'my'. There isn't a single word in English that includes both.
