The Founders argued in general that ENGLAND had deserted the English heritage and the Americans were upholding it-- that is the key to this conundrum

The founding fathers of the USA were mostly all ethnic celtic persons. The "english" royalty at that time was back to being ethnic germanic because ethnic celtic people(british) let the german house of hanover become the monarchs of britian/england.
Ethnic celtic people always know that they are ethnic celtic people and celtic people know that they are not germanic.
