How often do you need to exercise to keep your muscles toned?
If you've reached a stage you are happy with your muscle tone how often you need to workout to maintain?

Every 3-4 days.

I suppose it depends a bit on whether you are just normally fit or a competition body builder or professional athlete. Generally, you need to do the same type of workout that got you to that point about 3x per week; 2x/week in the minimum and you'll probably start to lose some mass over time. Everyone should get some form of exercise for 30 minutes at least 5x/week.
